🧑‍💼 Key Responsibilities (Subject-Specific)

Teach Hindi language and literature as per the prescribed curriculum

Plan and deliver engaging lessons focusing on reading, writing, grammar, and comprehension

Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and teaching aids for Hindi classes

Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and oral evaluations

Maintain academic records and provide regular feedback to students and parents

Encourage interest in Hindi through activities like debates, recitations, and creative writing

Follow school policies, schedules, and academic guidelines

Maintain classroom discipline, professionalism, and a positive learning environment

Participate in school activities, meetings, and academic events when required

Punctual, responsible, and professional approach

Strong communication and teaching skills in Hindi (English proficiency preferred)

Ability to manage classrooms effectively and motivate students

Willingness to learn and adapt to school teaching methods

Ready to attend interview, demo class (if applicable),and probation period

🎓 Qualification & Experience

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree

Professional Qualification:B.Ed (Mandatory)

Experience: Minimum 2 years of teaching experience

💰 Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
