Welcome to SchoolNaukri (www.schoolnaukri.com). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of SchoolNaukri, India’s No.1 school naukri platform connecting schools with qualified teachers and helping educators discover genuine teaching jobs across India.
By accessing or using the SchoolNaukri website, services, or features, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
Users must be at least 18 years of age to register, create profiles, post job vacancies, or use services available on SchoolNaukri.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials and for all activities performed through their accounts. Any unauthorized use should be reported immediately.
Users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information while creating profiles, submitting resumes, or posting job vacancies. Misleading or false information may lead to account suspension.
Users may not use SchoolNaukri for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes, including but not limited to:
Posting misleading job listings
Sharing false or inaccurate information
Harassing other users
Attempting unauthorized access to platform systems
SchoolNaukri reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate platform policies.
Schools and employers may be required to pay a fee to post job listings or access premium hiring features on SchoolNaukri’s school hiring platform. Pricing details are available on the Pricing Page or upon request.
Payments may be made through secure online payment gateways including:
Credit / Debit Cards
UPI
Net Banking
Payments made for job postings or premium services are non-refundable unless explicitly mentioned in a written agreement or special service policy.
After successful payment, an official invoice and payment receipt will be generated and sent to the registered email address.
Schools and employers are solely responsible for the accuracy, authenticity, and legality of job postings published on SchoolNaukri.
SchoolNaukri reserves the right to review, verify, or remove job listings that appear fraudulent, misleading, or in violation of platform policies.
Posting a job vacancy on SchoolNaukri does not guarantee applications, interviews, or successful hiring.
SchoolNaukri is not responsible for any third-party job listings, external links, or external services shared on the platform.
All content on SchoolNaukri, including but not limited to:
logos
trademarks
design elements
platform software
text and content
is the intellectual property of SchoolNaukri or its licensors.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, modification, or distribution of any platform content is strictly prohibited.
SchoolNaukri shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to:
loss of employment opportunities
incorrect job information
business interruption
data loss
Users are responsible for independently verifying job details and employment agreements.
SchoolNaukri reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time to improve platform services or comply with legal requirements.
Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
