🧑‍💼 Key Responsibilities (Revised)

Teach primary classes using age-appropriate and activity-based teaching methods

Plan and deliver engaging lessons to develop reading, writing, numeracy, and life skills

Create a safe, supportive, and disciplined classroom environment

Assess student progress through worksheets, classwork, and simple assessments

Maintain student records and communicate progress to parents

Follow school curriculum, policies, and daily schedules

Participate in school events, meetings, and co-curricular activities

✅ Requirements

Punctual, responsible, and professional attitude

Good communication skills in English / Hindi / Both

Patience, creativity, and a positive approach towards children

Willingness to learn and adapt to school teaching practices

Ready to attend interview, demo class, and probation period

🎓 Qualification & Experience

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree

Professional Qualification:D.El.Ed (Mandatory)

Experience: Minimum 2 years of teaching experience

💰 Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
