Saint Xavier’s English Medium School invites applications from experienced, dynamic, and dedicated education professionals for the position of Vice Principal. The selected candidate will support the Principal in academic leadership, administration, and the overall growth of the school.

🧑‍💼 Key Responsibilities

Assist the Principal in academic planning and daily school administration

Supervise teaching staff and ensure effective curriculum implementation

Maintain discipline and promote a positive and safe school environment

Monitor academic performance and classroom practices

Coordinate with teachers, management, students, and parents

Ensure compliance with school policies, schedules, and guidelines

Participate in school meetings, events, and developmental activities

✅ Requirements

Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Excellent communication skills in English / Hindi / Both

Professional, punctual, and responsible approach

Ability to manage teams and handle academic responsibilities effectively

Willingness to attend interview, demo (if applicable),and probation period

🎓 Qualification & Experience

Minimum Qualification: Master’s Degree

Professional Qualification:B.Ed / M.Ed (Mandatory)

Experience: Minimum 3 years of teaching and/or administrative experience

💰 Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
