L.N.P Public School invites applications from experienced, dynamic, and dedicated education professionals for the position of Vice Principal. The selected candidate will assist the Principal in academic leadership, administration, and the overall development of the school.

🧑‍💼 Key Responsibilities

Support the Principal in academic planning and school administration

Supervise teaching staff and ensure effective curriculum delivery

Maintain discipline and promote a positive, safe school environment

Monitor academic performance and classroom practices

Coordinate with teachers, management, students, and parents

Ensure compliance with school policies, schedules, and guidelines

Participate in school meetings, events, and development activities

✅ Requirements

Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Excellent communication skills in English / Hindi / Both

Professional, punctual, and responsible approach

Ability to manage academic and administrative responsibilities

Willingness to attend interview, demo (if applicable),and probation period

🎓 Qualification & Experience

Minimum Qualification: Master’s Degree

Professional Qualification:B.Ed / M.Ed (Mandatory)

Experience: Minimum 2 years in teaching and/or academic leadership

💰 Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
