Bethel Mission School invites applications from qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Vice Principal. The selected candidate will assist the Principal in academic and administrative management and ensure the smooth functioning of the school.
Assist the Principal in academic planning and school administration
Supervise teaching staff and ensure effective classroom management
Implement school policies, rules, and schedules
Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment
Monitor academic performance and support curriculum implementation
Coordinate with teachers, parents, and management as required
Participate in school meetings, events, and official activities
Punctual, responsible, and professional in conduct
Strong communication skills in English / Hindi / Both
Leadership ability with problem-solving skills
Willingness to adapt to school systems and procedures
Ready to attend interview, demo (if applicable),and probation period
Minimum Qualification: Master’s Degree
Professional Qualification: B.Ed / M.Ed (mandatory)
Experience: Minimum 3 years in a leadership or senior teaching role
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
