Assist the Principal in academic and administrative management
Supervise teaching staff and ensure effective classroom practices
Implement school policies, rules, and academic schedules
Maintain discipline and a positive school environment
Monitor academic performance and support curriculum execution
Coordinate with staff, management, and parents when required
