Montfort Senior Secondary School invites applications from qualified and dedicated candidates for the position of Physics Teacher. The selected candidate will be responsible for effective teaching and conceptual development of students at the secondary/senior secondary level.
Teach Physics as per the prescribed curriculum and academic standards
Plan and deliver engaging classroom and laboratory lessons
Prepare lesson plans, assignments, numerical problems, and assessments
Conduct practicals and ensure proper use of laboratory equipment
Evaluate student performance and maintain academic records
Maintain discipline and a positive, inquiry-based learning environment
Coordinate with school staff, management, and parents when required
Participate in examinations, meetings, and school academic activities
Punctual, responsible, and professional in approach
Strong subject knowledge in Physics and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills in English / Hindi / Both
Ability to explain concepts clearly using practical examples
Willingness to adapt to school teaching methodologies
Ready to attend interview, teaching demo, and probation period
Minimum Qualification: Master’s Degree in Physics
Professional Qualification: B.Ed (Mandatory)
Experience: Minimum 2 years of teaching experience
