Position Title: Hindi Teacher

Position Purpose:
The Hindi Teacher will be responsible for delivering structured Hindi instruction, strengthening language proficiency, and nurturing students’ literary and communication skills.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Design and deliver Hindi lessons aligned with academic standards
Enhance students’ reading, writing, grammar, and spoken Hindi skills
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and assessments
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
Maintain a disciplined, respectful, and engaging classroom environment
Support school initiatives, cultural programs, and academic activities
Collaborate with teachers, management, and parents as required
Essential Requirements:
Professional, punctual, and accountable work ethic
Strong command over Hindi subject and pedagogy
Effective communication skills in English / Hindi / Both
Willingness to adapt to institutional policies and procedures
Ready to attend interview, teaching demo, and probation period
Educational Qualification & Experience:
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
Professional Qualification: D.El.Ed / B.Ed
Teaching Experience: Minimum 3 years
Compensation & Benefits:
Monthly Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (based on qualification and experience)
