Position Overview:
The English Teacher will be responsible for delivering high-quality English instruction, enhancing students’ reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills while supporting the academic vision of the school.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Plan and conduct engaging English language and literature lessons
Strengthen students’ grammar, vocabulary, writing, and communication skills
Develop lesson plans, assessments, and learning materials
Monitor student progress and provide timely academic feedback
Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment
Participate in school programs, academic meetings, and co-curricular activities
Coordinate with fellow teachers, school management, and parents when required
Eligibility Criteria:
Professional, disciplined, and committed teaching approach
Strong subject knowledge with effective classroom delivery
Good communication skills in English / Hindi / Both
Ability to follow institutional policies and academic schedules
Willing to attend interview, teaching demo, and probation period
Educational Qualification & Experience:
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
Professional Qualification: D.El.Ed / B.Ed
Teaching Experience: Minimum 3 years
Salary & Benefits:
Monthly Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (based on qualification and experience)
