Position Overview

The Vice Principal will support the Principal in academic leadership, administrative planning, and day-to-day school operations. The role requires strong leadership skills to ensure academic excellence, discipline, and effective coordination among staff, students, and parents.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Assist the Principal in academic planning, supervision, and school administration

Ensure smooth implementation of school policies, rules, and academic schedules

Monitor teaching standards, classroom practices, and student discipline

Support staff development, mentoring, and performance monitoring

Coordinate with teachers, administrative staff, and parents as required

Oversee daily school operations and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks

Participate in school meetings, inspections, events, and academic reviews

Promote a positive, disciplined, and professional learning environment

Eligibility Criteria

Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making abilities

Professional, disciplined, and responsible approach to work

Excellent communication skills in English / Hindi / Both

Ability to adapt to institutional systems and educational practices

Willingness to attend interview, leadership demo (if applicable),and probation period

Educational Qualification & Experience

Minimum Qualification: Master’s Degree

Professional Qualification: B.Ed / M.Ed

Experience: Minimum 3 years in a senior academic or leadership role

Salary & Benefits

Monthly Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 (based on qualification and experience)
