Position Overview

The Vice Principal will assist the Principal in academic leadership, administrative planning, and day-to-day school operations. The role requires strong leadership skills to ensure academic excellence, discipline, and smooth institutional functioning.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Support the Principal in academic planning, administration, and policy implementation

Oversee daily school operations to ensure smooth academic and administrative functioning

Monitor teaching standards, classroom management, and academic performance

Maintain discipline and foster a positive, professional school environment

Coordinate with teachers, administrative staff, parents, and management

Organize and supervise school programs, examinations, and meetings

Ensure compliance with school rules, schedules, and institutional guidelines

Assist in staff mentoring, evaluations, and academic development initiatives

Eligibility Criteria

Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Professional, disciplined, and proactive approach to school management

Effective communication skills in English / Hindi / Both

Ability to work collaboratively with school leadership and staff

Willingness to attend interview, leadership interaction, and probation period

Educational Qualification & Experience

Minimum Qualification: Master’s Degree

Professional Qualification: D.El.Ed / B.Ed

Experience: Minimum 5 years in teaching or school leadership role

Salary & Benefits

Monthly Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 (based on qualification and experience)
