Position Overview
The Dance Teacher will be responsible for training students in various dance forms, nurturing creativity, and supporting cultural and co-curricular activities while maintaining a disciplined and engaging learning environment.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Plan and conduct structured dance classes aligned with school schedules
Teach age-appropriate dance techniques and routines
Prepare students for school functions, cultural programs, and competitions
Maintain discipline and ensure student safety during practice sessions
Encourage creativity, confidence, and stage presence among students
Coordinate with school staff for event planning and rehearsals
Participate in school activities, meetings, and cultural events as required
Eligibility Criteria
Punctual, responsible, and professional in conduct
Strong practical knowledge of dance with effective teaching ability
Good communication skills in English / Hindi / Both
Willingness to learn and adapt to institutional processes
Ready to attend interview, teaching demo, and probation period
Educational Qualification & Experience
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
Professional Qualification: Not mandatory (dance training preferred)
Experience: Minimum 2 years of teaching or performance experience
Salary & Benefits
Monthly Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹20,000 (based on qualification and experience)
