Position Overview
The Hindi Teacher will be responsible for delivering effective Hindi language instruction, fostering students’ reading, writing, grammar, and communication skills while supporting the academic goals of the school.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Plan and conduct Hindi language and literature lessons as per curriculum guidelines
Enhance students’ proficiency in reading, writing, grammar, and comprehension
Prepare lesson plans, assessments, and learning materials
Monitor student progress and provide regular academic feedback
Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment
Participate in academic meetings, school programs, and co-curricular activities
Coordinate with school management, staff, and parents when required
Eligibility Criteria
Punctual, disciplined, and professional teaching approach
Strong subject knowledge with effective classroom management skills
Good communication skills in Hindi / English / Both
Willingness to follow school policies and academic schedules
Ready to attend interview, teaching demo, and probation period
Educational Qualification & Experience
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
Professional Qualification: D.El.Ed / B.Ed
Teaching Experience: Minimum 2 years
Salary & Benefits
Monthly Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (based on qualification and experience)
