Position Title: English Teacher
Work Location: Rajwar Mohala, Heramdaga, Jharkhand
The English Teacher will be responsible for delivering high-quality English instruction, improving students’ reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills, and contributing to the overall academic development of the school.
Plan and conduct engaging English lessons for students
Strengthen students’ grammar, vocabulary, writing, and communication skills
Develop lesson plans, assessments, and learning materials
Monitor student progress and provide timely academic feedback
Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment
Participate in school programs, academic meetings, and co-curricular activities
Coordinate with fellow teachers, management, and parents as needed
Professional, disciplined, and responsible approach to teaching
Strong subject knowledge and effective classroom delivery
Good communication skills in English / Hindi / Both
Willingness to follow school policies and academic schedules
Ready to attend interview, teaching demo, and probation period
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
Professional Qualification: D.El.Ed / B.Ed
Teaching Experience: Minimum 2 years
Monthly Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹28,000 (based on qualification and experience)
