Position Overview

The Vice Principal will support the Principal in managing the academic and administrative functions of the school, ensuring smooth operations, high-quality teaching, and a positive learning environment for students.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing school academic programs

Ensure implementation of school policies, schedules, and guidelines

Maintain discipline, professionalism, and a positive work culture

Monitor teaching quality and student progress, providing guidance to staff

Manage administrative tasks and ensure timely completion of assignments

Coordinate with teachers, school management, and parents as required

Participate in school events, meetings, and co-curricular activities

Eligibility Requirements

Professional, responsible, and disciplined approach to school leadership

Strong communication skills in English / Hindi / Both

Ability to follow school policies and adapt to institutional processes

Willingness to attend interview, demonstration, and probation period

Qualification & Experience

Minimum Qualification: Master’s Degree

Professional Qualification: B.Ed / M.Ed

Experience: Minimum 3 years in academic leadership or teaching roles

Salary & Benefits

Monthly Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹38,000 (based on qualification and experience)
