Position Overview

The selected candidate will be responsible for nurturing young learners, managing classroom activities, and supporting the overall academic and emotional development of students while ensuring smooth school operations.

Key Responsibilities

Handle classroom teaching and child-centric activities as per school curriculum

Maintain discipline, care, and a positive learning environment

Adhere to school policies, schedules, and academic guidelines

Ensure timely completion of assigned academic and administrative tasks

Coordinate effectively with school staff, management, and parents

Participate in school events, meetings, and training programs

Eligibility Criteria

Punctual, responsible, and professional attitude

Good communication skills in English / Hindi / Both

Willingness to learn and adapt to school procedures

Ready to attend interview, demo (if applicable),and probation period

Qualification & Experience

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree

Professional Qualification: D.El.Ed

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
