Hostel Warden Required

Sanskar International School invites applications for the position of Hostel Warden for its campus located in Bardol, Deogaon, Odisha – 768038.

Position Overview

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing hostel operations, ensuring student welfare, maintaining discipline, and supporting the smooth day-to-day functioning of the school hostel.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise hostel students and maintain a safe, disciplined environment

Follow school policies, schedules, and administrative guidelines

Ensure cleanliness, order, and proper conduct within hostel premises

Complete assigned duties accurately and on time

Coordinate with school staff, management, parents, and support staff when required

Participate in school activities, meetings, and events

Eligibility Requirements

Punctual, responsible, and professional in approach

Good communication skills in English / Hindi / Both

Willingness to learn and adapt to school processes

Ready to attend interview, demo (if applicable),and probation period

Qualification & Experience

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree

Professional Qualification: Not mandatory

Experience: Minimum 3 years

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
