Job Vacancy – Special Educator

Air Force School invites applications for the post of Special Educator.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support students with special educational needs through individualized teaching strategies
• Prepare and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Conduct remedial sessions and skill-development activities
• Assess student progress and maintain academic and behavioral records
• Work closely with classroom teachers, parents, and school counselors
• Perform assigned academic duties efficiently
• Follow school policies, schedules, and guidelines
• Maintain discipline and create an inclusive learning environment
• Participate in school activities, meetings, and events

Qualification & Experience:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
Professional Qualification: B.Ed
Minimum 3 years teaching experience

Requirements:
Good communication skills (English/Hindi)
Strong Special Education skills including student assessment, behavior management, remedial teaching, and inclusive classroom practices
Punctual, responsible, and professional attitude
Willingness to learn and adapt to school processes
Ready to attend interview, demo (if applicable),and probation period

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹28,000 per month (based on qualification & experience)
Benefits: As per school policy

Location: Deen Dayal Nagar, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh
