Job Vacancy – Hostel Warden (Male/Female)

Alif Global School invites applications for the post of Hostel Warden (Male/Female).

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise hostel students and ensure their safety, discipline, and well-being
• Maintain hostel routines, schedules, attendance, and daily records
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of hostel facilities
• Monitor students’ health, behavior, and overall conduct
• Handle student concerns, counseling, and basic pastoral care
• Coordinate with school management, staff, wardens, and parents
• Perform assigned administrative duties efficiently
• Follow school and hostel policies, rules, and guidelines
• Participate in meetings and school/hostel activities when required

Qualification & Experience:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum 5 years relevant experience

Requirements:
Good communication skills (English/Hindi)
Strong hostel management skills including student supervision, discipline handling, record keeping, and coordination
Punctual, responsible, and professional attitude
Willingness to learn and adapt to school and hostel processes
Ready to attend interview and probation period

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on qualification & experience)
Benefits: As per school policy
