Job Vacancy – PRI Primary Coordinator

Agarwal Vidya Vihar Dindoli is inviting applications for the position of PRI Primary Coordinator for our school campus.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and supervise academic activities of the primary section
• Plan, implement, and monitor curriculum delivery for primary classes
• Support and mentor primary teachers in lesson planning and classroom management
• Ensure effective use of child-centric and activity-based teaching methods
• Monitor student progress, learning outcomes, and assessments
• Maintain academic records, timetables, and reports
• Ensure discipline, safety, and a nurturing learning environment for young learners
• Coordinate with school management, teachers, and parents
• Organize primary section events, meetings, and activities
• Ensure compliance with school policies and academic guidelines

Primary Education Skills Required:
• Strong knowledge of primary curriculum and pedagogy
• Expertise in early childhood development and foundational learning
• Ability to guide teachers in activity-based and experiential learning
• Classroom observation and teacher evaluation skills
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication abilities

Qualification & Experience:
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
Professional Qualification: B.Ed / NTT
Experience: Minimum 5 years

Requirements:
Excellent communication skills (English / Hindi)
Punctual, responsible, and professional attitude
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Willingness to adapt to school systems and processes
Ready to attend interview, demo, and probation period

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on qualification & experience)
Benefits: As per school policy
