Job Vacancy – PRT (All Subjects / General Teacher)

Agarwal Vidya Vihar Dindoli is seeking qualified and dedicated candidates for the position of PRT – All Subjects (General Teacher) for our school campus.

Key Responsibilities:
• Teach all primary-level subjects as per the prescribed curriculum
• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons for primary classes
• Use activity-based, experiential, and child-centric teaching methods
• Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment
• Assess student performance and maintain academic records
• Support students’ academic, social, and emotional development
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress
• Participate in school activities, meetings, and training programs
• Follow school policies, schedules, and academic guidelines

Primary Subject Skills Required:
• Strong command over core primary subjects (English, Mathematics, EVS, General Awareness)
• Ability to integrate reading, writing, numeracy, and life skills
• Classroom management and student engagement skills
• Knowledge of continuous assessment and evaluation methods
• Creativity in lesson planning and teaching aids

Qualification & Experience:
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
Professional Qualification: D.El.Ed
Experience: Minimum 3 years

Requirements:
Good communication skills (English / Hindi)
Punctual, responsible, and professional attitude
Willingness to learn and adapt to school systems
Ready to attend interview, demo, and probation period

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹23,000 per month (based on qualification & experience)
Benefits: As per school policy
