C.V. INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL is looking to hire a dynamic and experienced School Principal to lead and manage the overall functioning of the school. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth administration, academic excellence, and discipline within the institution.

🧑‍💼 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily school operations and administration
• Ensure implementation of academic policies and school guidelines
• Maintain discipline, professionalism, and a positive school environment
• Supervise and guide teaching and non-teaching staff
• Coordinate with school management, staff, students, and parents
• Plan and monitor academic performance and school activities
• Represent the school in meetings and official matters

• Punctual, responsible, and professional approach
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Good communication skills in English / Hindi / Both
• Ability to manage staff and handle administrative responsibilities
• Ready to attend interview, demo (if applicable), and probation period

🎓 Qualification & Experience

• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
• Professional Qualification: B.Ed / M.Ed / CTET (preferred)
• Experience: Minimum 10 years (School Administration experience preferred)

💰 Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
