Job Vacancy – Academic Coordinator

Sunbeam CBSE School is inviting applications from qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Academic Coordinator at our school campus.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee academic planning and curriculum implementation as per CBSE guidelines
• Monitor lesson planning, classroom delivery, and academic performance
• Guide and mentor teachers to maintain high teaching standards
• Develop academic calendars, assessment plans, and examination schedules
• Ensure quality control in teaching methodologies and learning outcomes
• Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback
• Coordinate with school management, staff, students, and parents
• Organize academic meetings, workshops, and training sessions
• Maintain discipline, professionalism, and smooth academic operations

Role-Specific Skills Required (Academic Leadership):
• Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum framework and academic regulations
• Expertise in curriculum planning, academic audits, and result analysis
• Leadership and team management abilities
• Performance evaluation and teacher mentoring skills
• Strategic planning and academic improvement implementation
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities

Qualification & Experience:
Minimum Qualification: Master’s Degree
Professional Qualification: B.Ed, M.Ed
Experience: Minimum 5 years (preferably in an academic leadership role)

Requirements:
• Strong communication skills (English preferred)
• Professional and responsible approach
• Ability to manage academic operations independently
• Willingness to attend interview and probation period

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on qualification & experience)
