Job Vacancy – PGT Art Teacher

SUNBEAM CBSE SCHOOL is looking to hire a PGT – Art Teacher for our school in Veppangal, Pallikonda, Tamil Nadu 635809. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality art education and enhancing students’ creative and visual expression skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Teach Fine Arts to senior secondary classes as per CBSE curriculum
• Develop lesson plans covering drawing, painting, sculpture, and visual design
• Guide students in creative techniques, color theory, composition, and art history
• Prepare students for board examinations, practical assessments, and exhibitions
• Organize art competitions, workshops, and school exhibitions
• Maintain art portfolios and assess student progress
• Ensure discipline, creativity, and a positive classroom environment
• Participate in school events and cultural activities

Role-Specific Skills Required (Art & Creative Education):
• Strong practical skills in drawing, painting, and mixed media techniques
• Knowledge of CBSE Fine Arts syllabus and board exam requirements
• Ability to teach art history, aesthetics, and visual communication
• Creativity in designing projects and hands-on activities
• Portfolio development and student mentoring expertise
• Proficiency in traditional and basic digital art tools

Qualification & Experience:
Minimum Qualification: Master’s Degree in Fine Arts or relevant field
Professional Qualification: B.Ed, M.Ed
Experience: Minimum 5 years

Requirements:
• Punctual, responsible, and professional approach
• Good communication skills
• Ability to handle senior secondary classes independently
• Willingness to attend interview, demo class, and probation period

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
