Job Vacancy – Beauty & Wellness Trainer

Doon International School is looking to hire a Beauty & Wellness Trainer for our school in Gurdaspur, Punjab 143521. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering skill-based training in beauty, grooming, and wellness education while supporting students’ vocational development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Teach Beauty & Wellness as a vocational subject as per curriculum guidelines
• Train students in skincare, haircare, makeup techniques, and personal grooming
• Provide practical sessions on hygiene, spa basics, and salon management fundamentals
• Guide students in basic entrepreneurship and customer service skills
• Conduct demonstrations and hands-on training workshops
• Prepare students for skill assessments and certification (if applicable)
• Maintain lab equipment, tools, and hygiene standards
• Participate in school activities and vocational exhibitions

Role-Specific Skills Required (Beauty & Wellness Expertise):
• Strong practical knowledge of skincare, hair styling, and makeup application
• Understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards
• Knowledge of basic salon operations and client handling
• Ability to conduct practical demonstrations and skill-based training
• Communication and grooming mentorship skills
• Awareness of current beauty industry trends and techniques

Qualification & Experience:
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
Professional Qualification: Certification/Diploma in Beauty & Wellness (preferred)
Experience: Minimum 3 years

Requirements:
• Punctual, responsible, and professional approach
• Good communication skills
• Ability to handle practical training sessions independently
• Willingness to attend interview, demo session, and probation period

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
