Job Vacancy – PTI (Male)
ALOK SENIOR SECONDARY SCHOOL is looking to hire a PTI (Male) for our school in Fatehpur, Uttar Pradesh 212601. The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting physical fitness, sports discipline, and overall health awareness among students while supporting the smooth functioning of the school.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct daily physical training sessions for assigned classes
• Train students in various indoor and outdoor sports activities
• Develop fitness routines, drills, and exercise schedules
• Organize sports competitions, annual sports day, and inter-school events
• Maintain sports equipment and ensure safety during activities
• Monitor students’ physical development and participation
• Follow school policies, schedules, and discipline guidelines
• Coordinate with school staff, management, and parents (if required)
• Participate in school events, meetings, and extracurricular activities
Subject-Specific Skills Required (Physical Education & Sports Expertise)
• Strong knowledge of physical fitness training and exercise techniques
• Ability to coach games such as Cricket, Football, Volleyball, Basketball, Athletics, etc.
• Understanding of sports rules, regulations, and team management
• Skill in organizing tournaments and maintaining sports records
• Basic knowledge of first aid and injury prevention
• Leadership and motivational skills to encourage student participation
Requirements
• Punctual, responsible, and professional in approach
• Good communication skills in English / Hindi / Both
• Ability to manage large groups of students during sports activities
• Willingness to attend interview, demo session, and probation period
Qualification & Experience
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
Professional Qualification: B.P.Ed / M.P.Ed
Experience: 3 years
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
