Job Vacancy – PRT (All Subjects / General Teacher)

ALOK SENIOR SECONDARY SCHOOL is looking to hire a PRT – All Subjects (General Teacher) for our school in Fatehpur, Uttar Pradesh 212601. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering quality primary education and supporting the smooth academic functioning of the school.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach multiple subjects at the primary level as per school curriculum
• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and activity-based learning materials
• Develop students’ foundational skills in English, Mathematics, EVS, and Hindi
• Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment
• Conduct regular assessments, assignments, and revision sessions
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents
• Participate in school activities, meetings, and examination duties
• Follow school policies, schedules, and academic guidelines

Subject-Specific Skills Required (Primary Education Expertise)

• Strong command over primary-level English, Mathematics, EVS, and Hindi
• Ability to use activity-based and child-centered teaching methods
• Skills in phonics, basic numeracy, and foundational concept building
• Classroom management and student engagement techniques
• Ability to prepare creative teaching aids and interactive lesson plans
• Basic computer knowledge for smart class teaching

Requirements

• Punctual, responsible, and professional in approach
• Good communication skills in English / Hindi / Both
• Ability to handle primary classes independently
• Ready to attend interview, demo class, and probation period

Qualification & Experience

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
Professional Qualification: D.El.Ed
Experience: Minimum 3 years

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
Benefits: As per school policy
