Job Vacancy – PGT English Teacher

U. S. OSTWAL INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL is inviting applications for the position of PGT English Teacher at our campus located at Udaipur-Chittorgarh Rd, Narayan Pura, Rajasthan 313603. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality English education at the senior secondary level and ensuring academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach English Literature and Language to senior secondary classes as per Board guidelines
• Prepare structured lesson plans, assignments, and assessment materials
• Develop students’ reading, writing, grammar, and communication skills
• Guide students in board exam preparation and competitive exam readiness
• Conduct classroom discussions, literary activities, and language workshops
• Maintain discipline and create an engaging learning environment
• Follow school policies, schedules, and academic framework
• Coordinate with school staff, management, and parents (if required)
• Participate in academic meetings, events, and school activities

Subject-Specific Skills Required (English)

• Strong command over English Literature, Prose, Poetry, and Drama
• Expertise in grammar, composition, and advanced writing skills
• Ability to train students in analytical and critical interpretation of texts
• Experience in board exam evaluation patterns and result-oriented teaching
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills
• Ability to integrate digital tools and modern teaching methodologies

Requirements

• Punctual, responsible, and professional in approach
• Good communication skills in English / Hindi / Both
• Willingness to learn and adapt to school processes
• Ready to attend interview, demo class, and probation period

Qualification & Experience

Minimum Qualification: Master’s Degree (English or relevant subject)
Professional Qualification: B.Ed
Experience: 10 years

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹42,000 – ₹55,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
Benefits: As per school policy
