Job Vacancy – Hindi Teacher

Himalayan Public School is inviting applications for the position of Hindi Teacher at our campus in Rohru, Himachal Pradesh 171207. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality Hindi education and supporting the academic growth and overall development of students.

🧑‍💼 Key Responsibilities

• Teach Hindi language and literature as per prescribed curriculum
• Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessment materials
• Develop students’ reading, writing, grammar, and communication skills
• Conduct regular tests and evaluate student performance
• Encourage participation in debates, poetry recitation, essay writing, and cultural activities
• Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment
• Follow school policies, schedules, and academic guidelines
• Coordinate with staff, management, and parents when required
• Participate in school activities, meetings, and events

📚 Role-Specific Skills Required (Hindi Subject Expertise)

• Strong command over Hindi grammar, literature, and composition
• Ability to teach prose, poetry, drama, and supplementary readers effectively
• Expertise in creative writing, essay writing, and comprehension skills
• Knowledge of board exam pattern and assessment methods
• Ability to enhance vocabulary, pronunciation, and language fluency
• Skills in conducting literary activities and language enrichment programs

• Punctual, responsible, and professional in approach
• Good communication skills in English / Hindi / Both
• Willingness to learn and adapt to school processes
• Ready to attend interview, demo (if applicable),and probation period

🎓 Qualification & Experience

Minimum Qualification: Master’s Degree
Professional Qualification: B.Ed, STET
Experience: 5 years

💰 Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹32,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
Benefits: As per school policy
