Job Vacancy – Fine Arts Teacher

VSPK International School is inviting applications for the position of Fine Arts Teacher at our campus in Sector 26A, Gurugram, Haryana 122002. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering creative and skill-based art education while contributing to the overall artistic development of students.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Fine Arts as per curriculum guidelines
• Plan and conduct practical art sessions and creative workshops
• Prepare lesson plans, art projects, and evaluation methods
• Guide students in drawing, painting, sketching, and craft activities
• Organize exhibitions, competitions, and art displays
• Maintain discipline and a positive, creative classroom environment
• Follow school policies and academic schedules
• Coordinate with staff, management, and parents when required
• Participate in school functions, cultural events, and meetings

Role-Specific Skills Required (Fine Arts Expertise)

• Strong skills in drawing, painting (watercolor, acrylic, oil),and sketching
• Knowledge of different art forms, techniques, and mediums
• Ability to teach composition, perspective, shading, and color theory
• Creative thinking and innovation in art-based learning
• Experience in organizing art exhibitions and portfolio development
• Ability to integrate art with interdisciplinary projects

Requirements

• Punctual, responsible, and professional in approach
• Good communication skills in English / Hindi / Both
• Willingness to learn and adapt to school processes
• Ready to attend interview, demo (if applicable),and probation period

Qualification & Experience

Minimum Qualification: Master’s Degree
Experience: 5 years

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
Benefits: As per school policy
