Job Vacancy – Business Studies Teacher (Classes XI & XII)

VSPK International School is inviting applications for the position of Business Studies Teacher for Classes XI & XII at our campus in Sector 26A, Gurugram, Haryana 122002. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality commerce education and supporting the academic excellence of senior secondary students.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Business Studies to Classes XI & XII as per CBSE curriculum
• Prepare detailed lesson plans, case studies, and practical assignments
• Develop strong conceptual understanding of topics such as Principles of Management, Business Environment, Marketing, Financial Management, and Consumer Protection
• Train students in case-based questions and board exam preparation strategies
• Conduct regular assessments, unit tests, and performance analysis
• Guide students in project work and practical file preparation
• Maintain discipline and a positive classroom environment
• Coordinate with staff, management, and parents when required
• Participate in school meetings, academic planning, and events

Role-Specific Skills Required (Commerce & Business Expertise)

• Strong command over CBSE Business Studies syllabus for senior secondary level
• Ability to teach through real-life business examples and case studies
• Knowledge of board exam paper pattern and marking scheme
• Analytical and conceptual clarity in business theories and management concepts
• Skill in integrating current business trends and economic updates into teaching
• Effective communication and presentation skills

Requirements

• Punctual, responsible, and professional in approach
• Good communication skills in English / Hindi / Both
• Willingness to learn and adapt to school processes
• Ready to attend interview, demo (if applicable),and probation period

Qualification & Experience

Minimum Qualification: Master’s Degree (Commerce / Business Studies)
Professional Qualification: B.Ed / M.Ed
Experience: 5 years

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹44,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
Benefits: As per school policy
