Job Vacancy – TGT English Teacher

VSPK International School invites applications for the position of TGT English Teacher at our campus in Sector 26A, Gurugram, Haryana 122002. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality English instruction and maintaining strong academic standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging English lessons for middle and secondary classes
• Teach grammar, literature, writing skills, and spoken English effectively
• Develop students’ reading comprehension, vocabulary, and communication skills
• Prepare lesson plans, assignments, worksheets, and assessment papers
• Conduct regular tests and provide constructive academic feedback
• Maintain discipline and a positive classroom environment
• Coordinate with school staff, management, and parents regarding student progress
• Participate in school meetings, academic planning, and co-curricular activities

Role-Specific Subject Skills (English Expertise)

• Strong command over English grammar, syntax, and composition
• Proficiency in teaching prose, poetry, and drama
• Ability to improve students’ creative writing and analytical writing skills
• Strong spoken English and pronunciation skills
• Experience in preparing students for board examinations
• Effective classroom communication and presentation skills

Requirements

• Punctual, responsible, and professional in approach
• Good communication skills in English / Hindi / Both
• Willingness to learn and adapt to school processes
• Ready to attend interview, demo (if applicable),and probation period

Qualification & Experience

Minimum Qualification: Master’s Degree in English
Professional Qualification: B.Ed
Experience: 5 years

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹33,000 – ₹48,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
Benefits: As per school policy
