UNICENT SCHOOL invites applications for the position of PGT Business Studies at our campus in Vanasthali Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana 500068. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in senior secondary classes and maintaining strong academic standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Business Studies lessons for Classes XI & XII
• Teach core concepts such as Principles of Management, Marketing, Finance, and Business Environment
• Prepare lesson plans, case studies, assignments, and board-oriented question papers
• Develop students’ analytical thinking and case-study solving skills
• Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive academic feedback
• Maintain discipline and ensure an interactive classroom environment
• Coordinate with school staff, management, and parents regarding academic progress
• Participate in academic planning, examinations, and school activities

Role-Specific Subject Skills (Business Studies Expertise)

• Strong conceptual clarity in Management, Finance, Marketing, and Business Laws
• Ability to teach using case studies and real-world business examples
• Experience in preparing students for board examinations
• Skills in developing project work and business presentations
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Familiarity with updated curriculum and examination patterns

Requirements

• Punctual, responsible, and professional in approach
• Good communication skills in English / Hindi / Both
• Willingness to learn and adapt to school processes
• Ready to attend interview, demo (if applicable),and probation period

Qualification & Experience

Minimum Qualification: Master’s Degree in Commerce / Business Studies
Professional Qualification: B.Ed
Experience: 5 years

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹38,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
Benefits: As per school policy
