Job Vacancy – PGT Chemistry Teacher

AKHTAR SHERANI SENIOR SECONDARY SCHOOL is looking to hire a PGT – Chemistry Teacher for our school located at Rajasthan State Highway 59, Sherani Abad, Rajasthan 307026. The selected candidate will be responsible for performing assigned duties efficiently and supporting the smooth functioning of the school.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach senior secondary Chemistry as per curriculum guidelines
• Prepare detailed lesson plans, unit plans, and assessment strategies
• Conduct Chemistry laboratory practicals and ensure lab safety standards
• Follow school policies, schedules, and academic guidelines
• Maintain discipline, professionalism, and a positive classroom environment
• Evaluate student performance and provide academic support
• Coordinate with school staff, management, and parents (if required)
• Participate in school activities, meetings, and examination duties

Subject-Specific Skills (Chemistry)

• Strong command over Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry
• Ability to explain chemical equations, reactions, mechanisms, and numerical problems clearly
• Experience in conducting titration, salt analysis, and other laboratory experiments
• Familiarity with board exam patterns, practical files, and project guidance
• Ability to guide students for competitive examinations

Requirements

• Punctual, responsible, and professional in approach
• Good communication skills in English / Hindi / Both
• Willingness to learn and adapt to school processes
• Ready to attend interview, demo (if applicable),and probation period

Qualification & Experience

Minimum Qualification: Master’s Degree
Professional Qualification (if applicable): B.Ed / D.Ed / BTC
Experience: 5 years

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
