Job Vacancy – Urdu Literature Teacher
AKHTAR SHERANI SENIOR SECONDARY SCHOOL is looking to hire an Urdu Literature Teacher for our school located at Rajasthan State Highway 59, Sherani Abad, Rajasthan 307026. The selected candidate will be responsible for performing assigned duties efficiently and supporting the smooth functioning of the school.
Key Responsibilities
• Teach Urdu Language and Literature as per prescribed curriculum
• Prepare structured lesson plans, assignments, and assessment papers
• Develop students’ reading, writing, grammar, and comprehension skills
• Encourage literary appreciation through poetry, prose, and classical texts
• Follow school policies, schedules, and academic guidelines
• Maintain discipline, professionalism, and a positive classroom environment
• Coordinate with school staff, management, and parents (if required)
• Participate in school activities, meetings, and examination duties
Subject-Specific Skills (Urdu Literature)
• Strong command over Urdu grammar, composition, and literary devices
• In-depth knowledge of classical and modern Urdu poetry and prose
• Ability to explain literary themes, figures of speech, and critical analysis
• Skills in creative writing, essay drafting, and debate preparation
• Experience in preparing students for board examinations
Requirements
• Punctual, responsible, and professional in approach
• Good communication skills in English / Hindi / Both
• Willingness to learn and adapt to school processes
• Ready to attend interview, demo (if applicable),and probation period
Qualification & Experience
Minimum Qualification: Master’s Degree
Professional Qualification (if applicable): B.Ed / D.Ed / BTC
Experience: 5 years
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
