Job Vacancy – Hostel Wardens (Male / Female)

Subhash EduHub is looking to hire Hostel Wardens (Male / Female) for our school in Sewad Rd, Sewad Bari, Rajasthan 332041. The selected candidate will be responsible for performing assigned duties efficiently and supporting the smooth functioning of the school hostel.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage hostel students (boys/girls) as assigned
• Maintain discipline, safety, and a secure hostel environment
• Monitor daily routine including wake-up time, study hours, meals, and lights-off
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of hostel rooms
• Handle student concerns, health issues, and emergencies responsibly
• Maintain attendance and hostel records properly
• Coordinate with school management, teachers, and parents when required
• Participate in school activities and meetings when needed

Role-Specific Skills (Hostel Administration & Student Care)

• Strong leadership and supervision skills
• Ability to manage adolescent students with patience and discipline
• Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency response
• Record-keeping and reporting skills
• Conflict resolution and counseling ability
• Time management and hostel routine planning skills

Requirements

• Punctual, responsible, and professional in approach
• Good communication skills in English / Hindi / Both
• Willingness to stay on campus (if required)
• Ready to attend interview and probation period

Qualification & Experience

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
Professional Qualification: Not Mandatory
Experience: 3 years

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
Benefits as per school policy
