Job Vacancy – Music Teacher

Subhash EduHub is looking to hire a Music Teacher for our school in Sewad Rd, Sewad Bari, Rajasthan 332041. The selected candidate will be responsible for performing assigned duties efficiently and supporting the smooth functioning of the school.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach music theory and practical sessions to students of assigned classes
• Train students in vocal and/or instrumental music
• Prepare students for cultural programs, competitions, and annual functions
• Develop lesson plans according to curriculum guidelines
• Maintain discipline and create a positive, creative classroom environment
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
• Coordinate with school staff and management for events and activities

Subject-Specific Skills (Music Education)

• Strong knowledge of music theory, rhythm, and composition
• Proficiency in vocal music (classical / semi-classical / devotional / contemporary)
• Ability to play and teach musical instruments (Harmonium, Keyboard, Tabla, Guitar, etc.)
• Skills in choir training and group performance management
• Ability to prepare students for stage performances and competitions
• Understanding of notation systems and basic sound techniques

Requirements

• Punctual, responsible, and professional in approach
• Good communication skills in English / Hindi / Both
• Creative, energetic, and passionate about music education
• Ready to attend interview, demo, and probation period

Qualification & Experience

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
Professional Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Music preferred
Experience: 5 years

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
