Job Vacancy – Basketball Coach

Vardaan - Mahaveer is looking to hire a Basketball Coach for our school in Rishabhdev, Rajasthan 313802. The selected candidate will be responsible for performing assigned duties efficiently and supporting the smooth functioning of the school.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct structured basketball coaching sessions for students
• Train students in fundamental and advanced basketball techniques
• Organize practice matches, drills, and fitness sessions
• Prepare students for inter-school and district/state-level competitions
• Maintain discipline and ensure safety during practice sessions
• Follow school policies, schedules, and guidelines
• Coordinate with school staff, management, and parents when required
• Participate in school sports events and activities

Subject-Specific Skills (Basketball Coaching & Sports Training)

• Strong knowledge of basketball rules, techniques, and game strategies
• Ability to train students in dribbling, passing, shooting, defense, and teamwork
• Expertise in fitness conditioning, stamina building, and agility drills
• Capability to identify and nurture student talent for competitive events
• Knowledge of injury prevention, warm-up exercises, and first aid basics
• Strong leadership and motivational skills to build team spirit

Requirements

• Punctual, responsible, and professional in approach
• Good communication skills in English / Hindi / Both
• Strong mentoring and team management abilities
• Willingness to learn and adapt to school processes
• Ready to attend interview, demo, and probation period

Qualification & Experience

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
Professional Qualification: Relevant coaching certification preferred
Experience: 5 years

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
