Position: Accountant (Tally Expert)

ST Marys School invites applications for the post of Accountant (Tally Expert) for our campus in Pokhraira, Muzaffarpur, Bihar 842001. The candidate will manage school accounts, ensure financial accuracy, and support smooth administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting entries, fee records, and financial transactions using Tally. Maintain accurate financial reports, vouchers, and ledgers while ensuring compliance with school policies and audit requirements.

Core Subject Skills (Accounts & Tally Expertise)

• Strong command of Tally ERP / Tally Prime
• Knowledge of GST, taxation basics, and statutory compliance
• Experience in fee management, payroll processing, and ledger reconciliation
• Preparation of balance sheets, income & expenditure statements
• Bank reconciliation and cash flow management
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (Commerce / Accounts preferred)
Experience: 5 Years
Communication Skills: English / Hindi / Both
Professional Attributes: Detail-oriented, disciplined, confidential, and systematic

Salary & Benefits

₹16,000 – ₹34,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
