Position: NTT – Nursery Trained Teacher

Shama International Academy invites applications for the position of NTT (Nursery Trained Teacher) for our campus located in Israuli, Marhowrah, Bihar 841419. The selected candidate will be responsible for nurturing young learners and supporting early childhood development in a structured and caring environment.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and conduct engaging classroom activities for nursery students.
Develop foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, and social behavior.
Maintain a safe, joyful, and child-friendly classroom environment.
Monitor student progress and communicate with parents regularly.
Participate in school events, meetings, and academic activities.

Subject-Specific & Early Childhood Skills

• Strong understanding of early childhood education principles
• Activity-based and play-way teaching methods
• Phonics and foundational language development skills
• Classroom management for pre-primary students
• Creativity in storytelling, rhymes, art, and craft activities

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
Professional Qualification: D.El.Ed
Experience: 3 Years
Communication Skills: English / Hindi / Both
Professional Attributes: Patient, caring, creative, and responsible

Salary & Benefits

₹15,000 – ₹23,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
