Position: NTT / Early Childhood Educator

Dejawoo School of Innovation is seeking a dedicated and creative NTT / Early Childhood Educator to join our team and support the academic and developmental growth of young learners.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging lessons using activity-based and play-way methods.
Ensure a safe, nurturing, and disciplined classroom environment.
Monitor student progress and coordinate with parents when required.
Follow school policies, schedules, and academic guidelines.
Participate in school meetings, events, and co-curricular activities.

Subject-Specific & Early Childhood Skills

• Strong understanding of early childhood education principles
• Phonics, foundational literacy, and numeracy skills
• Storytelling, rhymes, art & craft, and creative classroom engagement
• Child psychology awareness and classroom behavior management
• Ability to create interactive and experiential learning activities

Qualification & Experience

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
Professional Qualification: D.El.Ed
Experience: 3 Years
Communication Skills: English / Hindi / Both
Professional Attributes: Patient, responsible, adaptable, and enthusiastic

Salary & Benefits

₹15,000 – ₹28,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
