Key Responsibilities
Teach Hindi to primary classes with clarity and confidence
Develop students’ Hindi grammar (व्याकरण),reading (पठन),writing (लेखन),comprehension, and creative writing skills
Strengthen vocabulary, pronunciation, and spoken Hindi skills
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and assessment materials
Conduct regular tests and evaluate student performance
Maintain classroom discipline and encourage interactive learning
Follow school policies, schedules, and academic guidelines
Coordinate with school staff, management, and parents (if required)
Participate in school activities, meetings, and events
Required Skills
Strong command of Hindi grammar and literature fundamentals
Ability to teach foundational language skills effectively
Good classroom management skills
Effective communication skills in Hindi and basic English
Punctual, responsible, and professional approach
Willingness to attend interview, demo class, and probation period
Qualification & Experience
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
Professional Qualification: D.El.Ed
Experience: Minimum 3 years of teaching experience
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹29,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
