Position Details
Post: Computer Operator
Location: Mithanpura, Muzaffarpur, Bihar 842002
Key Responsibilities
Handle data entry, record maintenance, and documentation work
Manage school databases, student records, and digital files
Operate MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) efficiently
Prepare reports, result sheets, certificates, and official documents
Maintain printers, scanners, and basic IT equipment
Support online admissions, fee records, and digital communication
Follow school policies, schedules, and administrative guidelines
Coordinate with school staff and management when required
Participate in school activities or meetings if needed
Required Skills
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications
Knowledge of internet operations, email handling, and online portals
Typing speed with accuracy (English and/or Hindi)
Basic troubleshooting skills for computer systems
Good communication skills in English and Hindi
Punctual, responsible, and professional approach
Willingness to attend interview and probation period
Qualification & Experience
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
Professional Qualification: Not mandatory (relevant computer certification preferred)
Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹32,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
