Position Details
Post: TGT English Teacher
Location: Maripur, Muzaffarpur, Bihar 842001
Key Responsibilities
Teach English to middle and secondary classes with strong subject knowledge
Develop students’ skills in grammar, literature, comprehension, writing, and spoken English
Teach prose, poetry, drama, and supplementary readers as per curriculum
Prepare lesson plans, assignments, question papers, and assessment materials
Conduct regular tests and evaluate academic performance
Encourage critical thinking, creative writing, and public speaking skills
Maintain classroom discipline and promote interactive learning
Follow school policies, schedules, and academic guidelines
Coordinate with school staff, management, and parents (if required)
Participate in school activities, meetings, and academic events
Required Skills
Strong command of English grammar and literature
Excellent spoken and written communication skills
Ability to prepare students for board and school-level examinations
Good classroom management and student engagement skills
Proficiency in lesson planning and assessment strategies
Punctual, responsible, and professional approach
Willingness to attend interview, demo class, and probation period
Qualification & Experience
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
Professional Qualification: B.Ed (Mandatory)
Experience: Minimum 5 years of teaching experience
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹37,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
