Location: Maripur, Muzaffarpur, Bihar 842001
Key Responsibilities
Teach Hindi to middle and secondary classes with strong subject knowledge
Develop students’ skills in Hindi grammar (व्याकरण),literature (साहित्य),comprehension (अपठित गद्यांश),and writing (रचनात्मक लेखन)
Teach prose, poetry, and supplementary texts as per curriculum
Prepare lesson plans, assignments, question papers, and assessment materials
Conduct regular tests and evaluate academic performance
Encourage creative writing, debate, and language enrichment activities
Maintain classroom discipline and promote interactive learning
Follow school policies, schedules, and academic guidelines
Coordinate with school staff, management, and parents (if required)
Participate in school activities, meetings, and academic events
Required Skills
Strong command of Hindi grammar and literature
Clear pronunciation and effective communication skills
Ability to prepare students for school and board-level examinations
Good classroom management and student engagement skills
Proficiency in lesson planning and assessment strategies
Punctual, responsible, and professional approach
Willingness to attend interview, demo class, and probation period
Qualification & Experience
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
Professional Qualification: B.Ed (Mandatory)
Experience: Minimum 5 years of teaching experience
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹23,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
