Position Details
Post: NTT – Nursery Trained Teacher
Location: Kanti, Bihar 843130
Key Responsibilities
Teach nursery and kindergarten students using activity-based and play-way methods
Develop foundational skills in phonics, pre-writing, numeracy, rhymes, storytelling, and motor skills
Create engaging lesson plans, worksheets, and learning materials
Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development of children
Maintain a safe, caring, and stimulating classroom environment
Monitor and evaluate students’ progress regularly
Follow school policies, schedules, and academic guidelines
Coordinate with school staff, management, and parents (if required)
Participate in school activities, meetings, and events
Required Skills
Strong understanding of early childhood education methods
Skills in phonics, storytelling, creative activities, and classroom engagement
Patience, creativity, and child-friendly teaching approach
Good classroom management skills
Effective communication skills in English and/or Hindi
Punctual, responsible, and professional approach
Willingness to attend interview, demo class, and probation period
Qualification & Experience
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
Professional Qualification: D.El.Ed (Mandatory)
Experience: Minimum 5 years of teaching experience
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹24,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
