Key Responsibilities
Teach English to primary classes with clarity and confidence
Develop students’ skills in grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, writing, phonics, and spoken English
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and assessment materials
Conduct regular tests and evaluate student performance
Encourage creative writing, storytelling, and communication skills
Maintain classroom discipline and promote interactive learning
Follow school policies, schedules, and academic guidelines
Coordinate with school staff, management, and parents (if required)
Participate in school activities, meetings, and events
Required Skills
Strong command of English grammar and spoken English
Ability to teach phonics and foundational language skills
Good classroom management skills
Effective communication skills in English and/or Hindi
Punctual, responsible, and professional approach
Willingness to attend interview, demo class, and probation period
Qualification & Experience
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
Professional Qualification: D.El.Ed (Mandatory)
Experience: Minimum 5 years of teaching experience
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
