Job Opening: PRT English Teacher

LOYOLA SCHOOL is inviting applications for the post of PRT English Teacher for our school campus.

Job Location

Harnaut–Athmalgola Road, Harnaut, District Nalanda, Bihar – 803110

Key Responsibilities

Teach English to Primary classes as per curriculum guidelines

Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and assessment materials

Develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, and grammar skills

Conduct regular tests and evaluate student performance

Maintain discipline and a positive classroom environment

Follow school policies, schedules, and academic guidelines

Coordinate with school staff, management, and parents

Participate in school meetings, activities, and events

Subject-Specific Skills (English)

Strong command over English grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation

Ability to teach phonics, comprehension, creative writing, and basic literature

Skill in improving students’ spoken English and communication skills

Ability to use interactive and activity-based teaching methods

Classroom management and student engagement skills

Requirements

Punctual, responsible, and professional approach

Good communication skills in English / Hindi / Both

Strong classroom management ability

Willingness to learn and adapt to school processes

Ready to attend interview, demo class, and probation period

Qualification & Experience

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree

Professional Qualification: D.El.Ed.

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹28,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
