NALANDA VIDYA MANDIR is inviting applications for the post of TGT Hindi Teacher for our school campus.

Damka Chowk, Zeromile, Gulabbagh, Lakhan Jhari, Bihar – 854326
Key Responsibilities
Teach Hindi to middle and secondary classes as per curriculum guidelines
Prepare lesson plans, question papers, and assessment materials
Develop students’ reading, writing, grammar, and literature skills
Conduct regular tests and evaluate academic performance
Maintain discipline and a positive classroom environment
Follow school policies, schedules, and academic guidelines
Coordinate with school staff, management, and parents
Participate in school meetings, activities, and events
Subject-Specific Skills (Hindi)
Strong command over Hindi grammar (Vyakaran) and literature
Ability to teach prose, poetry, and supplementary readers effectively
Skill in developing writing skills such as essay, letter, and creative writing
Clear pronunciation and effective classroom communication
Ability to prepare students for board-level examinations
Requirements
Punctual, responsible, and professional approach
Good communication skills in English / Hindi / Both
Strong classroom management and leadership skills
Willingness to learn and adapt to school processes
Ready to attend interview, demo class, and probation period
Qualification & Experience
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
Professional Qualification: B.Ed.
Experience: Minimum 5 years (preferably in secondary classes)
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹38,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
